Even the toughest ruggedized devices need repairs every now and then and whether your rugged device is still under your manufacturer’s warranty or needs out of warranty repair service, the technicians at Tough Rugged Laptops are here to assist you should your ruggedized device be in need of repair.

After we receive your request, our technical staff will contact you with an RMA number that includes specific handling instructions. Please print the RMA number on the top of your package and insure your package if you choose. Tough Rugged Laptops will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages during shipping.

For refurbished products, unless you previously purchased upgraded service options, you are responsible for shipping RMAs to Tough Rugged Laptops for repair. Tough Rugged Laptops will provide return shipment for warranty repairs to addresses in the lower 48 states. Shipping costs for repairs that are still under manufacturers warranty will be at the manufacturers discretion.

A $110.00 diagnostic fee will be charged for Out of Warranty Repairs in the event the customer declines services for quoted repairs. Customers are responsible for the payment of parts, labor, and all shipping and handling charges to and from Tough Rugged Laptops.

International shipment costs, freight charges and duties/tariffs to and from the United States are the responsibility of the Original Customer/Purchaser and will be invoiced accordingly whether in or out of the warranty period. International customers may at their own discretion use a shipping company of their own choosing.

Submission of this RMA form is acknowledgement of the above terms and conditions.

Please ensure that you backup any critical data and applications in the event the technician needs to either reformat, reimage, or replace the hard drive. Tough Rugged Laptops will not be responsible for lost or damaged data during repair.
